Directions from Denver:

I-70 West to Hwy 9 (Silverthorne Exit)
Turn RIGHT onto Highway 9. You will be heading towards Green Mtn. Reservoir and Kremmling. You will pass the outlet shops on your left, then Target.
Take Hwy 9 to Kremmling. At Kremmling you will get on Hwy 40 to Steamboat Springs.
Once you reach Steamboat Springs, you will drive through Downtown Steamboat (Lincoln Ave.) and proceed about 1/2 mile past downtown.
You will reach an intersection with a 7-11 on the right and a Kum & Go station on the left. Turn RIGHT, this is Elk River Road (also known as RCR 129). You will see signs for Steamboat Lake an Pearl Lake.
We are located at 46915 Elk River Road. Our property is between mile markers 8 and 9 on the left side of the road. Our driveway is situated on a blind curve, so please use extra caution when pulling in from Elk River Road.
